This intensive will include: ballet technique, pre-pointe & pointe, variations, flexibility & conditioning, contemporary, composition, and more! This intensive is a great opportunity for students to get back in shape before the school season starts and fall classes begin again.

Our Primary Program classes are designed for children ages 3+ and incorporate fun and imaginative activities to help students develop both technique and creative artistry. Ballet and creative movement is a great activity for kids and toddlers! From socializing to improving coordination, your little ones will benefit from our Primary Program classes.
CBC’s Conservatory Division is designed for aspiring dancers ages 8+ who have a strong passion for dance and would like more opportunities to grow and excel in their dance education. Following the Vaganova method, Conservatory Division students lay down a solid foundation of technique, strength, and artistry to ensure their development into a well-rounded dancer.
The Open Division offers a variety of classes for students who want to enjoy the benefits of dance at a recreational level. Students will get to explore different forms of movement and have the opportunity to develop artistic creativity at their own pace, while learning in a warm and supportive environment.
The CBC Studio Fitness Program is specially designed for Adult Students from ages 13+. Ballet Technique classes are offered weekly with supplemental classes in Flexibility, Yoga, and more!

CBC is pleased to announce our very own program for adult students. CBC Studio Fitness is dedicated to providing adult students a variety of fun and “feel good” classes. We offer weekly adult ballet technique classes for beginning through advanced. You do not need to have any prior dance experience to be able to join and fully enjoy these classes! Our classes accommodate those exploring ballet for the first time or those returning and reigniting their love of dance after a prolonged break. While the atmosphere is lighthearted and fun, you will also leave every class having experienced a good work out — feeling more toned, with greater strength, stamina and keen sense of body awareness. Not to mention improved ballet technique — no matter your level!
