YOUNG MEN'S SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM

Young Men’s Scholarship Program (YMSP) California Ballet Conservatory is excited to announce its Young Men’s Scholarship Program (YMSP) to male dancers of all backgrounds and abilities, ages 7-19.

YMSP is a tuition-free opportunity for young gentlemen of all ages. It provides the ability to train in classical and contemporary ballet with a focus on athleticism as the art of ballet.

No formal training is necessary.
We are delighted to work with young men of all interest levels, from those just discovering ballet to those on a professional track, who possess the desire, dedication, and passion for the sport.

Classes will be weekly and consist of strengthening and toning, classical and contemporary ballet technique, partnering (for int-adv students), and performing/competition opportunities.

If you know someone who may be interested please let them know of this incredible opportunity — tuition-free world-class training.
We have known young men who have joined ballet class because an older sister was already at the studio (out of “convenience”) or for added strength and agility with various sports, yet all became passionate about the athleticism and the many unique physical attributes and opportunities of the sport and opted for long-term study.
